The closest airport is in Cancún, Quintana Roo. From there, you can take a two-hour drive to Chiquila port, and then hop on a ferry from the ferry terminal to Holbox.

In Chiquila, ferries regularly make the 25-minute trip to Holbox, docking near Calle Tiburón Ballena in Holbox Town.

If you have the money and want to save time, you can also take a direct flight from Cancun to Holbox.
